About NEXYXEN
What the company builds, who it works with and where it is based.
NEXYXEN builds the digital systems a business runs on: websites, automation, custom software, growth work and digital engineering. It also builds its own product, the AI Receptionist. Most work combines two or three of these.
None of those on its own, and that is deliberate. A web agency proposes a website and an AI company proposes AI. NEXYXEN starts from the business problem, which sometimes means a website and sometimes means removing three manual handoffs between tools you already own.
Businesses that have customer enquiries, a process those enquiries move through, and manual work sitting between the two. The services are designed to support use cases in clinics, schools, hospitality, property businesses and software teams; the operating pattern matters more than the industry label.
NEXYXEN is based in India and is available for remote work with businesses in other countries. Where a project needs on-site time, that is agreed in the scope.
Websites and existing systems
Improving what you already run, and when replacing it is the cheaper answer.
Often, yes, and it is usually the cheaper answer. Speed, structure, content, search visibility and conversion can all be improved on a site that already works. A rebuild is proposed only when the existing site cannot be changed safely or cheaply enough to be worth keeping.
That is the most common automation request. The first step is mapping what actually happens now, including the steps nobody documented. Automation then removes the handoffs where information is copied from one place to another, usually without replacing any tool you already use.
Usually not. Most of the value is in connecting them properly so information is entered once. Replacing a tool is proposed only when keeping it costs more than changing it.
Yes, when there is a real reason for it. It is right when off-the-shelf tools cannot express how your business actually works, or when a spreadsheet has quietly become a system several people depend on. It is the wrong answer when an existing tool would do the job, and we will say so.
The AI Receptionist
What it answers, what it will not say, and which channel to start with.
It answers common customer questions on website chat, calls and messaging, captures the details you need, and passes the enquiry to your team with a summary. It answers from information you have approved, so it does not improvise, and it hands over to a person when a question needs one.
It answers from the information you give it. Where it has no approved answer, it says a member of the team will respond and captures the enquiry, rather than guessing. Which situations always go to a person is something you decide during setup and can change later.
Yes. It identifies itself. Pretending otherwise costs more trust than it saves effort.
No. Most businesses start with the one where enquiries actually arrive, website chat for some, WhatsApp for others, calls for a few, and add the rest once they can see what is still being missed.
Working together
How quotes, phases, ownership and the first conversation actually work.
There are no fixed packages, because the same-sounding project varies enormously in scope. The pricing page explains what moves the number, and a call produces a written proposal with a real figure.
With a call. You describe how customers reach you and where the work is piling up. After that you get a written view of what is worth doing, in what order, and what it costs. There is no charge for that conversation.
Yes, and that is normal. Each phase is scoped to be useful on its own, so you can stop after one and still be better off than before it.
You do. Ownership is set out in the project agreement, and the intent is that your team can maintain, host and change the work without depending on NEXYXEN.
Still have a question?
A short call is usually faster than another page of reading, and it costs nothing.
