Tell us what you want to improve. We define the work, separate project and running costs, and put the scope and price in writing before anything starts.

  • The first phase, agreed with you
  • What is included, listed in writing
  • What is not, listed just as clearly

WAYS TO WORK WITH US

Four ways the work usually starts.

Which one applies depends on the work, not on a package you have to fit into.

  • Focused project

For one clear outcome, with an agreed set of pages and features.

    Fixed price

One price, agreed before work starts

    Typical work

    • A new website for a growing business
    • A landing page for one campaign
    • An online booking page for appointments

Not includedAnything added after the scope is agreed is quoted separately.

  • Our main product

    AI Receptionist

For businesses losing enquiries to missed calls and slow replies.

    Setup then monthly

    A one-off setup, then a monthly plan

    Typical work

    • Common questions answered day and night
    • Booking requests taken outside opening hours
    • Caller details passed straight to reception

Not includedCall minutes, messaging and AI usage are billed by those providers.

  • Custom system

For software shaped around the way your business already runs.

    Quoted on scope

Quoted once the scope is written

    Typical work

    • An internal system staff use to run jobs
    • Your tools connected so information moves once
    • A portal your customers log into

Not includedNo figure is given before the scope exists. Custom work cannot be priced from a list.

Each route is scoped and quoted in writing before work starts.

REAL EXAMPLES

What each size of work looks like.

The same clinic appears twice: the second version is the first with more connected to it.

  • Focused

    Clinic website

Treatment information a patient can find, and an appointment request that reaches the front desk with everything on it.

    • A handful of pages, written and designed
    • One booking journey, built to work on a phone
    • No system behind it to connect to yet

  • Connected

    Clinic with an AI Receptionist

The same clinic, with the calls and messages answered when nobody is free to answer them, and each request handed to staff.

    • Calls and chat answered from the clinic's own information
    • A second journey running alongside the website
    • Booking and contact details passed into the tools reception uses

  • Custom

    Business operations system

Enquiries, jobs and follow-ups in one place, instead of spread across a spreadsheet, an inbox and a chat thread.

    • Several workflows, from first enquiry to invoice
    • Screens built for how this business actually works
    • The tools the team already uses, connected both ways

COST TYPES

Two kinds of cost, kept separate.

One is what you pay NEXYXEN for the work. The other is what the services running it may charge.

What NEXYXEN charges for

Quoted by us in writing before anything starts.

  • The project or the service itself
  • Design, build, testing and launch
  • Setting up and connecting what the work needs
  • Agreed ongoing work, where you want it

What third parties may charge for

Billed by the provider, usually based on how much you use.

  • Hosting and your domain name
  • Messaging on WhatsApp or SMS
  • Phone numbers and call minutes
  • AI usage on conversations
  • Any external software you choose to keep

Anything your project needs is named in the proposal, so you see both costs before deciding.

HOW A QUOTE WORKS

From a first message to a decision.

Nothing is charged for until you have read the scope and agreed it.

  1. Tell us what you need

A short message or a call: what the business does, and what is getting in the way.

  2. Understand

We ask questions and look at what already exists, so the work is sized against reality.

  3. Define scope

We agree what gets built first, what it has to do, and what is left for later.

  4. Proposal

Written down: what is included, what is not, the price, and how long it takes.

  5. You decide

Accept it, change it, or leave it.

PRICING QUESTIONS

Asked before most quotes.

  • After a short conversation, we write down the scope, what is included, the price, and the expected timescale before you commit.

  • No. The first conversation is free, and there is no obligation to proceed.

  • Yes, and that is normal. Each phase is scoped to be useful on its own, and it keeps the first invoice smaller than an all-at-once project.

  • Tell us the budget early. It decides what goes into the first phase. If what you want cannot be done well for that figure, we will say so rather than build a thin version of it.

  • Not for the scope you agreed. Anything added while the work is running is quoted separately, and you decide before it is built.

  • Running costs billed by other providers, and they depend on how much you use. The two columns above list them.

  • You do. Your team can maintain, host and change the work without depending on NEXYXEN.

START WITH THE PROBLEM

Tell us what you want to improve.

We will help define what is actually needed before proposing the work.

The first conversation is free, and there is no obligation after it.
