Scope
These terms apply to nexyxen.com and everything published on it. They do not replace or vary any signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement between NEXYXEN and a client. Where a signed agreement says something different, the signed agreement applies to that work.
Using this website
You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not:
- Use the website in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it
- Attempt to gain access to systems, accounts or data you have no right to access
- Submit deliberately false details through the enquiry form, or use it to send bulk or automated messages
- Republish substantial parts of the site as your own work

Pages describing services, products and pricing are a description of what NEXYXEN does. They are an invitation to discuss work, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this website creates a binding engagement on its own.
The pricing page explains how work is scoped and quoted but does not publish project figures. The price for a piece of work is the price in the written proposal for that work.
Timelines, workflow examples and demonstrations shown on this site illustrate how a system can be built. What a specific project delivers is defined in that project's scope.
Intellectual property
The NEXYXEN name, logo, site design, written content, illustrations and code on this website belong to NEXYXEN unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Ownership of work produced for a client is set out in that client's agreement, not here.
